This circuit was found in a 1994 documentation. Speed measurement pulses are obtained by a reed switch that senses the passage of one or more magnets attached to the spokes of the bicycle wheel or even to the rim. The circuit is powered by 5 V, as it is TTL, and the displays are common anode. The adjustment is made on trimpot P1, and a low speed car can be used as a reference.
