This RS flip-flop uses two type 4N26 optical couplers and is characterized by the very high isolation between the excitation input and the circuit itself. The 5 V power makes it compatible with TTL technology. Input pulses should be 2 V amplitude and the high output level is around 4.5 V. The 4N26 is obtained in 6-pin DIL package (Motorola).
