May 2017 - Mouser Electronics announced the availability of the LMX2491 a new PLL for frequencies up to 6.4 GHz Delta-Sigma Fractional N type with ramp generation. The device features a phase detector, programmable load pump and high frequency input for external VCO. The device is suitable for military FMCW radar applications, test and measurement equipment, satellites, etc. Evaluation Kit is available.
