August 2017 - Mouser Electronics is supplying Vishay's new high-speed, high-sensitivity VEMD5080X01 PIN photodiodes with enhanced sensitivity to visible light. For surface mounting they have a sensitive surface of 7.5 mm2 being indicated for applications in wearable, medical, industrial and automotive equipment.
