This circuit converts sinusoidal signals to square. The upper limit of frequency is abour 100 kHz and the power supply is simple. Voltages between 9and 15 V can be used to power the circuit. Equivalent operational amplifiers can also be used. Observe the adjustments of the function generator and the oscilloscope to get the correct display of the waveshapes.
