This circuit triggers on a lamp when the sensor (a metal plate us touched). Up to 100 W incandescent lamps can be controlled and special care must be taken with the 100 k ohm resistor since it protects the operator against shocks. The SCR is according the AC power line voltage and must be mounted on a small heatsink. S1 is used to reset the circuit.
