This circuit, using a unijunction transistor (UJT), converts a voltage applied to the input in a signal with a frequency proportional to the input voltage. Frequencies up to 50 kHz can be produced depending on the capacitor value. P1 and P2 adjust the range and the sensitivity of the circuit. Power supply must source voltages in the range between 6 and 12 V and current drain is very low.
