Using the 4510 Up Down Counter (CB180)

Figure bellow shows how the 4510, a divide-by-1U, up/down counter with three-state outputs is used. The count advances with the positive transition of the clock if the up/down input is If the up/down input is the device counts backward. The maximum count frequency is 7.8 MHz when the circuit has a power supply of 10 V. See in the site for more information about this device.
