This circuit generates two signals in phase opposition. The frequency is determined by R1 and C1 and can reach up to 1 MHz in typical applications. The signals have one quarter of the frequency of the oscillator. It is also available as a signal with half of the frequency of the oscillator. The circuit is shown bellow. The oscillator used in the 4093 can be replaced by the oscillators used in other circuits in this section
