ON Semiconductor NCP136 LDO regulators
These regulators for low voltage drop and 700 mA current are equipped with NMOS transistors. They can be obtained from Mouser Electronics in the range of Vout voltages at 5.5 V and polarization voltages from 21.5 to 5.5 V. The fixed voltages range from 0.5 to 18 V.
