Renesas ISL78263 Boost and Buck Controller
This Renesas module controller is available from Mouser Electreonics. It contains boost and buck channels and can be configured for fixed voltages of 3.3 and 5.0 V or for an adjustable voltage from 0.8 V to 5 V in channel 1. Channel 2 is used as a buck regulator from channel voltage 1. The current is 2A supplying or 3A draining.
