This powerful tube transmitter uses a unique pentode valve and has excellent power. L1 consists of 48 turns of wire 28 in a 2.5 cm diameter PVC tube and the variable capacitor is of the type found in old valve radios. The transformer has 50 mA high voltage winding The modulation transformer can be improvised with a 110 V primary power transformer and 6 to 12 V secondary with 300 to 500 mA current.
