Where:
L is the antenna´s length in meters (m)
λ is the wavelength in meters (m)
Formula 2
L = 150.000.000 / f
Where:
L is the antenna´s length in meters (m)
f is the frequency in hertz (Hz)
Application Example:
Calculate the total length of a half-wavedipole CUT to operate in a frequency of 30 MHz.
Data:
f = 60 MHz = 60 000 000
L = ?
Applying formula 2:
L = 150.000.000 / 60.000.000
L = 2,5 metros
