A rectangular oscillator that can control loads up to 100 mA is shown in the figure. This circuit has an external voltage control input, allowing its use as a VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator). The frequency range that the circuit can scan with the external control is of the order of 6%. The power goes from 5 to 10 V.
