This circuit, from a 1963 publication, consists of a random multiple flasher powered by battery. Evidently, the 90 V battery is no longer found and a common 90 to 150 V source can be used instead, R9 is 47k and the other resistors have random values between 2.2 M ohms and 10 M ohms. Likewise, the capacitors have random values between 220 nF and 470 nF, being polyester with at least 100 V of insulation voltage.
