I found this circuit in an old documentation from 1990. The circuit detects who first presses one of the push buttons. The integrated circuit is the 4011 and the power can also be made with a voltage of 6 V. The LEDs can be of any type or color and the resistors R3 and R6 can be 1k for greater brightness of the LEDs.
