This circuit is from 1976 documentation, dealing with semiconductors that were unusual at the time. The varicap can be of the BB series. The coils are according to the frequency that must be multiplied, observing that the output should be 222 MHz, when the input is 74 MHz, but the upper limit depends on the type of varicap. L2 and C1 must resonate at the input frequency while L3 / C4 and L5 / C5 must be adjusted for the output frequency. L1 and L5 are coupling elements. The circuit is powered by the signal itself, which must be of low intensity.
