This circuit amplifies signals from low impedance sources as microphones, transducers, etc. For practical applications involving audio signals is recommended to replace the transistor by a low noise unity. The BC549 is suitable for this task. The input impedance source can range from 2 to 600 ohm and the voltage gain is high. The output impedance is about 10 kΩ. The circuit can be powered with voltages between 1,5 and 9 V.
Observe the adjustments for the function generator and oscilloscope to achieve the expected results.
