This low power TTL circuit (Low Power Schottky) can generate rectangular signals on a 10 MHz frequency, controlled by a crystal. The capacitors must be of good quality ceramic and the circuit power must be supplied with a voltage of 5 V. Lower frequencies can be obtained by changing the crystal.
