This circuit uses the 741 Operational Amplifier to drive two LEDs. The LEDs indicate the signal of the input voltage, The circuit is very sensitive and can be used with voltage sources between 9 and 15 V. R4 depends on the power supply voltage. For a 12 V supply we recommend a 1 k ohm resistor.
