Damped sine oscillations can be produced when short pulses are applied to the input of this circuit. The basic frequency is given by the components in the twin-T network. Observe the adjustments for the function generator and the oscilloscope for a correct simulation. The values in the twin-T can be changed. Replace R4 by a 100 k ohm potentiomer to control the damping factor. Bellow the simulation in the MultiSIM. The oscilloscope displays the waveshap of the generated signal.
