Twin T Oscillator (CB475)

The circuit shown by the figure produces a sine signal of about 1 kHz. The components in the twin-T determine the frequency and can be changing but king the ratio of values. See in the section Mathematics for Electronics how to make the calculations for other frequencies. P1 adjusts the start point of the oscillations.
