The frequency of this flashing with neon lamp depends on the incidence of light in an LDR.
As it is a project connected to the power grid, maximum care must be taken with its assembly, as there is danger of shocks.
The circuit uses few components and the capacitor used must have a working voltage of at least 100 V.
The frequency depends on this capacitor, which can be changed and polyester types are recommended.

The LDR is common round and the neon lamp can be of any type.
