Pass, without bumping, the ring by the tortuous wire. If you make a mistake, the inductor generates a high-voltage pulse that gives you a very "shocking" punishment. Harmless, but interesting, this game produces an electric shock to those who miss.
When the ring bumps into the tortuous wire, even for fraction of a second, the magnetic field created in the inductor contracts rapidly inducing a high voltage pulse. The person who is holding the electrodes X1 and X2 carries a short duration discharge, which is harmless.
The L1 inductor is a 20 W fluorescent lamp reactor, although other types can be tried. B1 is a medium or large battery and the electrodes are made with bare thick wires.
It is not necessary to observe the polarity of the battery.
The wires connected to the loop and to the tortuous wire must be at least 1 meter long, as there is a tendency of the person to take a good tug when carrying the shock. If there is no space, there may be a danger of damage to the components.
