This circuit is from the Linear Circuits Applications of Texas Instruments from 1986. It is a filter tuned to 1 kHz with a Q = 8, using the operational amplifier TLC271. Other amplifiers like the CA3140 can be used and the source must be symmetrical. See the math section for electronics how to calculate the components.
