Murata GRM Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors are SMD/SMT devices that are designed to operate at 630VDC. Announced by Mouser, these capacitors also operate from -55°C to 125°C operating temperature range, they are available in C0G/X5R temperature coefficients, and offer no polarity. The GRM155R60G156ME15D is only for mobile devices and is used to measure capacitance after heat treatment.
