Found in a 1922 Hugo Gernsback publication, this 3-tube transmitter used a carbon microphone. The oscillator coils determine the frequency of the emission. Batteries are according to filaments and from 45 to 100 V for cathode power. The resistor is 1 M and the fixed capacitor is 100 pF.
