We found this sensitive circuit in Japanese documentation from the 1950s. The relay should be of high voltage type with coil of at least 10,000 ohm and 3.8 mA tripping current. The circuit consists of an oscillator that has its operation activating the touch relay on the sensor. The sensitive circuit is functioning as capacitive relay as well.
