Operation Mode:

In normal operation, S and RST are “0.

When S and RST are “1' the output goes to “1“ This is a disallowed state.

When EN is “0”, the output goes to the third state [high-impedance state]. With the input EN=1, the outputs are connected to the internal circuit.
