We found this circuit in a 2004 documentation. The trimmer is common for 30 pF or 40 pF and the data for the coils are in the diagram itself. The output transistor must have a heat sink. The 12 V supply must have excellent filtration or a car battery can be used. The coils can be made with 22 or 24 AWG wire.
