The unijunction transistor for this circuit, found in a 1976 publication, may be 2N2646. The adjustment pot can be 47k. The maximum amplitude of the output signal is 200 mV. L must be obtained experimentally, according to the frequency generated, its value being in the range of 100 mH to 1 H.
