This circuit was found in the Italian magazine Radio Elettronica from September 1977. It consists of a modulated siren with a power stage. T1 can be a BC558 or BD136 and T2 must be mounted on a good heat radiator. The supply can be done with voltages from 5 to 15 V. R3 is 10k.
