This circuit came out in a 1983 English magazine, but it can be easily assembled today, as the components used are common. We can exchange the original transistors for BC548, and the diodes can be either 1N4148 or 1N914. The circuit can be powered by voltages from 9 to 12 V and the LEDs are of the three colors of a traffic light.
