The transistors T1 and T2 of this circuit can be the BC558. T3 can be a BD135 and T4 a TIP42. The circuit produces a continuous tone whose frequency depends on capacitors C1 and C2. These capacitors can be changed to obtain the desired sound effect. The circuit is from an old American publication from 1978.
