This well-known oscillator configuration that produces a siren sound when pressing CH1 is from a 1972 publication. It can be mounted with BC548 transistors for TR1 and BD136 for TR2. The supply can be done with voltages from 5 to 12 V. C2 can be 470nF determining the tone.
