This circuit is from an English publication of 1991. With it you can use a common multimeter on the 1 V scale as a high impedance input voltmeter. The circuit has low consumption and can be powered by battery and its accuracy depends on the resistors used in the input network. PR1 makes the adjustment of the scale null. Other operational amplifiers with FET can be tried out.
