This PWM control was obtained in an English publication in 1989. Transistor Q2 can be the TIP42 for motors up to 3 A. This transistor must be mounted on a heat radiator. The circuit works with voltages from 6 to 12 V and the 2N3906 can be replaced by a BC558. The other components are easy to obtain and the diodes can also be 1N4002 or 1N4004.
