This circuit, from 1990 documentation, can be assembled with BC558 transistors for Q1 and Q2, BC549 for Q3 and Q5 and BC559 for Q4. The circuit requires a source with excellent filtering or removal from the amplifier itself with which the circuit will operate. The pair Q1 and Q2 should preferably be matched.
