The filter shown in the figure can be implemented with general purpose amplifiers like the 741. The capacitors determine the cutoff frequency, which in this case is around 500 Hz. These values can be changed to obtain a cutoff at other frequencies, if it does not exceed 100 kHz, after which the amplifier itself is no longer linear in the passing band. It is not recommended to change the values of the resistors, but only the capacitors for operation at other frequencies. The power supply must be symmetrical, and the input impedance is high. Amplifiers like the LM1558 or LM1548 can be used in this filter.
