A touch of the X1 sensor causes the motor to be activated for a time that can be adjusted in P1. This time ranges from a few seconds to more than 10 minutes depending on C2. For the transistor indicated in Q2, the maximum motor current is 500mA, but TIP31 can be used for higher currents. 3 to 15V motors can be controlled. The circuit is from a book by Newton C.
