This transmitter was obtained in a 1953 publication. The original transistor was made of germanium, but we can implement the circuit with a BC558 or BD136. The capacitors can be ceramic, and an antenna can be connected to the transistor collector. The signal can be removed from this same point for external use. The circuit was developed by RCA.
