We found this circuit in a 1981 publication. Its purpose is to measure resistances of very low value through a constant current source. The indicator can be either a microammeter or the lower current range of an ordinary multimeter. The accuracy of the reading will depend on the accuracy of the resistors that determine the scales. Equivalent operational amplifiers can be tried out.
