This circuit was obtained in a Portuguese publication in 1979. It is a simple code switch that triggers a charge if the correct number is selected. If a wrong number is chosen, the circuit resets. The circuit can be powered by 9 V or 12 V depending on the load and the SCRs can be the TIC106. In the original project we have a game that makes the lamp (win) light up if the correct combination is found.
