This circuit is called by radio amateurs Roger Beep, which is the beep that is heard when the microphone is activated to speak a transceiver. The circuit uses a double 555 which is the 556, being connected to the microphone switch and the volume control of the transceiver. The frequency is adjusted in the 4k7 or 10k trimpot.
