The open output voltage on this circuit is approximately three times the peak value of the input voltage. The values depend only on the diodes used which can be of the 14N4000 series and the capacitors. The 220 uF types are as indicated. The circuit works directly with the mains voltage. The circuit is from an old publication from the 70s.
