This circuit generates pulses of up to 60 seconds with a short reset time. The circuit is from an American documentation from 1971. The components C1, R1, R3, R5 and R6 determine the action times, as well as C2. The power supply must be symmetrical and other voltages can be used. The transistor can be the BC548.
