The operating principle of the VCO shown in the figure is the same as the CIR4598 circuit. The difference is only in the fact that inverter triggers of a 4584 integrated circuit are used. Likewise, both the resistor and the capacitor can be changed depending on the desired frequency range and the control voltage must be between 3 and 15 V.
