This is a MOSFET version of a grid dip meter for frequencies between 1.8 MHz and 150 MHz, depending only on the coil used. The FET can be the MPF102 or BF245 and the instrument can be the lowest current range of an ordinary multimeter. The circuit is from a 1977 publication.
