This circuit is from the 1974 Motorola Unijunction Trigger Circuits for Gated Thyristor. The triac can be equivalent and the bridge diodes can be 1N4004 or 1N4007 depending on the mains voltage. The unijunction transistor can be 2N2646 and the pulse transformer must have a turn ratio of to 1. The triac must have a heatsink.
