This bistable control uses a 4069 as bistable. The circuit can drive relays up to 100 mA with the BC548 transistor. Better activation is achieved with the relay on the collector and an opposing diode instead of C2. The circuit is from an American publication from the 1980s. A 12 V supply can be used with the relay being replaced by one with this voltage.
